Injured Workers’ Advocates Membership

Join legal professionals from across the state with a shared dedication to safeguarding the rights of workers affected by occupational injury or disease.

Our association offers benefits to support its members in the pursuit of justice and the protection of workers’ rights in the state.

First Year membership IWA

Please Note: $250 of your total Dues is allocated to the Association’s lobbying efforts.  Lobbying dues are NOT tax deductible.

For attorneys joining for the first time or members returning after a three-year absence, enjoy your first year at a discount.  You are also considered a New Member if you have been a practicing attorney for less than three years.

All annual subscriptions will expire on December 31st.

Please download, complete, and submit this application by e-mail to Whitney@injuredworkersadvocates.org.  The Executive Director, Whitney Klauck, will notify you of your application status via e-mail within 7 business days of submission and will include instructions for payment dues.

For attorneys practicing for three years or more.

All annual subscriptions will expire on December 31st.
